Twins back Markieff and Marcus Morris back in the NBA Draft, On 2 September 1989, were born Morris and Marcus Morris Markieff seven minutes apart in the north of Philadelphia. On 23 June 2011, the twin brothers and former University of Kansas, were standouts back-to-back, selected only seven minutes and 13 seconds of each other (thanks, ESPN Statistics and Information), in the design of the 2011 NBA, Newark, NJ, about two hours away from their birthplace. Symmetry is a hell of a thing, is not it?

The Morris is the third set of twins in the first round of the NBA Draft in the first-year players will be selected after siblings and Horace and Harvey Grant Brook and Robin Lopez (notes). Horace was 10 Overall choice of the Chicago Bulls in 1987, while Harvey went to the 12th Washington Bullets the following year. The New Jersey Nets selected Brook with the 10th Pick in 2008, five will later Robin came out of the board of the Phoenix Suns.

The two are not twins, Taylor, Phoenix drafted in the second round in 2009, is three years older than Blake, who was the first pick in 2009. We regret the error.

Since it was at birth, first came Markieff Morris, go to the same Suns with the 13th Selection in the first round of this year's draft. After his brother left the green room and stepped on the podium, Marcus Morris allowed just the emotion of the moment to overtake him. Soon after, in a television interview on the cover of ESPN the project, connecting more than Marcus cracked a joke about the prospect of a split Markieff.

"It's not the end of the world. I'm going to see him again," he said. "I mean, I'll send him flowers or fruit. It will be good."

Jeff Eisenberg, ACE college basketball writer behind our Y! The brother of the blog Dagger, echo the sentiments of many observers, and university projects that have little, surprised by Markieff Morris left the Commission before Marcus, who was named Big 12 player last season.

"It's not a huge shock that would Markieff Morris as high as No. 13 in Phoenix, but it is certainly a surprise, he left the board before the supreme authority of the twin brother of Marcus," Eisenberg wrote. Whatever the motives for Phoenix Markieff to select the minutes of seven, older brother has a mixture of excitement and fear after hearing his name.

"One time I called, I've had a little, you know, a little pressure on me to be called up my brother," Markieff Morris told reporters. "Once it was called, it just came out, and we are grateful and thankful at the same time."

"It's just unbelievable. It's just amazing how things unfold," Marcus Morris said. "[I], while thanking God. It really has a plan for us. He only plays for exactly we wanted. It's so unbelievable."
